The above owner-specified work will be performed on a time-and-materials basis unless an estimate is specifically requested by the vessel’s owner or the job is flat-rated by Frank Hall Boat Yard, Inc. Please sign and return this sheet by September 15, 2026, even if you have not requested any services.

ALL HOLDING TANKS MUST BE PUMPED PRIOR TO HAULING. YARD IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PUMPING TANKS. IF TANKS ARE NOT EMPTIED, CUSTOMER WILL BE CHARGED A MINIMUM FEE OF $250

Owner must have insurance on said boat, a certificate of insurance must be included with the summer storage agreement or the vessel will not be eligible for dockage or storage. In addition, you must inform us in writing of any special insurance considerations, such as, but not limited to, a lay-up condition or endorsement. It is your sole responsibility to notify us in writing of the first date that your boat may be launched in the spring as well as the last day it may be in the water for the season.
